When I select the line tool on a new file then the first thing that happens (as you would expect) is you select the start point then the end point.
However in my work in progress file upon selecting the line tool it already has a large length selected and only allows rotation around a fixed mid point.
I have tried to restart the application and also adding new layer without making any difference.
Can anybody tell me how to cancel out of this mode somehow? I noticed that you can hold shift down and increase the width but I need a different position entirely.
