Is a graphics tablet worth it for web designers?

I am always looking for ways to improve my workflow and I am curious if it would improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of my web design work if I would use a graphics tablet.

I am mostly interested in the opinions of those who use or used one. Pros, cons and which one would be the most suitable for web design work.
