Illustrator mouse wheel zoom problem

I'm using CS4 and this just started happening a few days ago. I'm having a problem when I use the mouse wheel to zoom in. Once I zoom in beyond 100%, the viewport goes to the edge of the artboard. This only happens in one of my .ai files, the other still work fine. Any ideas what's causing this?
