How do I add an interactive social icon in a word/PDF document?

I wish to add a Social Icon say Facebook/LinkedIn in a word/PDF. when I get the final pdf I need these effects. The social icon will be gray on mouseover it will be like blue facebook icon as it looks normal. I also need this to be hyperlinked to my profile.
