Batch cut and paste on a new background

sorry for my bad english. I would ask you help regarding a batch in photo paint or others. I have a lot of photos and I need for each photo to cut and paste on a different background and save each one. I have already tried to read other topics but I cannot do it. Can someone help me? I need to open picture, cut and paste on a new background. For to save the images I can do it with the option when I run the batch. Thanks in advance

PS: I forgot to tell you that I have already done the resizing and it works. But after that I need to cut and paste on a new blank sheet.
