Why does adobe color themes require me to login while i already am logged in

For some reason Adobe's Color Themes add-on for photoshop cc requires me to login to use it, while a few hours ago it didnt.

When I look under the help menu it says signout (my_email@host.com), which means i am logged in.

Under edit > preferences > sync settings it says: logged in as my_email@host.com, which also means I am logged in.

On CC Manager i logged out and logged back in the hope it would fix it. This had no succes.

Any help would be appreciated.
