T-shirt design and printing tutorials

please I'll love to know if there are major websites out there where I can get tutorials on the basics of t-shirt design and the printing process. Whether screen printing, heat transfer because am yet to know which one is better.

I actually design logos and do lots of illustrative work and I'd love to get my designs on t-shirts, so please if there helpful tutorials out there I'd love to know where there are.
