indesign help problem

I'm a beginner user of Adobe / InDesign CS6 that I have downloaded, I would appreciate your help... I have two problems: 1- Every time I open (Help) in InDesign a foreign language appears & I have to change it to English & it doesn't have the Help Information that I need... I tried to change the regions that (Adobe web) suggested, but it didn't work. 2- I have another problem with importing Photoshop PDF Images & I tried the (File/place) too, the PDF Image shows but with very bad resolution & huge pixels. I hope you help me solve my problem...
