Crooked size after duplicating text/shape in Photoshop

I noticed that the size of a shape or font change after I duplicate it (but not always after the first duplication, sometimes it occurs after 2-3 times). I'll get crooked numbers like 19,845px instead of 20px.

I tried to google my problem, but I couldn't find a useful answer. Did anyone encounter this issue? Did you manage to fix it?
