What filter to apply with photoshop on hand free drawn caracter in order to make it look like a rasterized caracter?

I want to draw a caracter hand free making it look like an aliased caracter and I would like to apply a filter on it so it looks like a rasterized caracter anti-aliased. I tried the various blur filters but the blur is too regular around the original caracter. Is there a filter that would make it look like a real rasterized caracter ?
