Recently I have started creating website designs. I found out that the way I do it is very unproductive and takes forever to finish. I tried drawing it on paper, then doing it in HTML/CSS, but found out, that If I want to change something I have to redraw everything, because If I apply changes straight to my HTML/CSS, it takes not many changes, until I lose my general web design style.
So my question is: Are there any programs which allow fast web elements rearrangement/creation, so I don't have to draw it and have a clean design project on my computer.
Same with website pallete colors. Do you proffesionals use any tools to have clear view of what exacly colors you want to use, get fast check if these colors would be ok and how do you actually start choosing whole pallete?
I found out that im perfectionist, which leads to problem of overthinking every elements and changing them too often which leads to never ending personal projects. I need some king of clear workflow advices for web design.
