Unable to hide InDesign CC2014 welcome screen

after the InDesign 2014.2 february update, I am unable to hide the welcome screen and the CC Libraries panel. They keep popping up each time I relaunch InDesign, even if I checked the Don’t Show Welcome Screen Again.

Any clue?
