Shortcut for bringing a layer to the very top? Does it exist?

In PS you can choose a layer and with a shortcut bring it above all folders if you choose this is a huge time saver and something I use often.

As far as I know Sketch only lets you move a layer to the top of its folder it is in and not out of that to the top of the Artboard. Can I do this? If not why would Sketch not give that option to decide if I want to use it?
