Is there a version of the Everson Mono Bold font that's suitable for web pages?

The Everson font TTF files from the official page are approximately 16MB in total, or ~4 MB each, when uncompressed. I'm interesting in using this font for a web page. For this purpose, I'd like to know the following:

   Is there a version of Everson Mono Bold that can be downloaded in the common font formats (eot, ttf, woff, svg), for which each file is no larger than 150k?

   Is there a font server that serves the Everson Mono Bold font (again, a web-suitable version, rather than the 16MB official version)?
