create wireframe considering multidevice responsive website

I sketched my website's layout on the paper. But now, I need to wireframe it digitally. But I want a responsive website. I used axure 7 day free trial. But it has expired. Axure had an exclusive responsive option. And also balsamiq. As you can see in this link http://ift.tt/YaQedL . My question is Do we can only do responsive design using axure or balsamiq? I use pencil (wireframing tool) but I don't know how to create wireframe considering responsive design. Actually, I don't know the logic of the making responsive wireframes. Do I have to create wireframes for all screen sizes? If so, how can i accomplish this? My mind is so confusing. Please give your social contact or whatever you can give to speak with you.
