Copyright issue with remaking a design from shutterstock? [duplicate]

I've created a logo from scratch, in PSD that looks awfully similar to a shutterstock image. Will there be any issues with copyrighting my logo? I mean, I created it and I have the work files and it just looks similar to the shutterstock image. Any advice?
