Why doesn't "save adobe settings inside pdf" save the jopoptions inside a PDF as attachment?

On my joboptions I ticked "save adobe settings inside pdf". According to the help forum of adobe, the joboptions should now be added as an attachment to the PDF generated.

Save Adobe PDF Settings Inside PDF File Embeds the settings file (.joboptions) used to create the PDF as an attachment. (To view the settings file, choose View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Attachments in Acrobat.)

However, when I open my PDF and check for attachments, there appears to be no files attached.

Why are the joboptions not attached to the generated PDF?
