72 to 300 dpi -- image resize

What's the best way to take the attached 'CobraJet' 72 dpi image and prepare it for inclusion in a printed poster?

1) Tried finding similar fonts 2) Tried blowing image up and blurring it 3) don't have illustrator (just CS6 PS)

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
