PowerPoint 2013 wipe animation prevent blurriness

When using the wipe animation on a shape in PowerPoint, in older versions, there wasn't a blurriness to it, but in 2013 (I'm new to this version), the wipe animation adds a sort of motion blur. Is there any way to prevent that?
