Is Red Or Blue is good choice for main color

My Client's logo contain 2 colors First one is blue (Text Color) and after text, there is red arrow, Now Problem is that He give me one ready made HTML theme (From One of online template selling website) which has Red and Black as primary color. now as per logo, which color is more suitable as primary color ?
