I am creating an android application and need 3D rotatable PNG like the ones used in the PC Game spore. Since my PC got fried by a virus I am unable to use any .exe windows apps. I also do not own any apple products. I do however, have an old Android 4.0 tablet and a Kit Kat phone and I am inquiring into whether or not there are any applications (whether or not they are paid or free is irrelevant) that can create something like this?
