Confused about the real resolution size and dpi for wall sticker printing using photoshop

i am quite newbie in graphic design. As beginner, this is the first time assigned with a task to print out a wall sticker design.

The wall design size in real should be 106" x 128". Since i am using CS4 , it is quite outdated tool to carry this heavy task.

My question is should we create the file resolution as 106" x 128" with 300 dpi ? Any good suggestion and feedback from you guys.
