Using illustrator cc to design iOS apps

I've been using photoshop to do visual designs of apps from wireframes till now and it goes pretty well. But there's a trend these days to do the visuals also in illustrator using multiple artboards and stuff.

are there any resources/tutorials/templates for designing visual design for iOS in AI?

Any help appreciated.
