Need help figuring out how to complete Interac online plugin

So we are currently revamping our E commerce site using Magento Community,it's only the beginning stages.

I want to integrate the Interac online feature but I'm lost on completing it. In the Magento market place I only have this option.

Now http://ift.tt/IOCnyJ uses this for there checkout,it looks nothing like the link I posted plus there's not many screen shots.

Could this feature be custom built? but then the banks would need to have support.

I'm very lost and was hoping for some members can help.
