Ideas for a carousel slide [on hold]

I'd like to get some ideas and inspiration a design for the first carousel for my online store.

The store sells lung health education products: audio mp3 presentations, mp4 webcasts presentations, DVDs presentations, assessment exams for medical certification.

I'd like some ideas for a carousel involving the above attributes. Collage? Computers screen with faded other images?

I really like how adobe uses photos and graphics for their landing images.

I'd appreciate any help with ideas.
