I really need a bit of help with the objects on my screen and they way they are arranged.

so that's what i'm doing....the tech blue lines are 1 object and the rest of the cube is the 2nd object....what i want to do is bring those tech lines and arrange them in such a way that its below the 2nd circle and below the first square. i tried different methods and spent something like 1 hour on it....really i need help. thanks
