Uneven edge and dotted points problem transparent PNG image in PS

I'm a facing a problem with uneven edges and transparency problem, Sliced transparent PNG image both PNG8 and PNG24 I tried. Unfortunately its not working for my windows application, finally my end result is comes something like this when I use that png image. Some dots are also coming in between.

I've tried the same for web apps it works fine. Problem facing only when I use it for a windows application.

Its been driving me sane!! Please help and thanks in advance.
