Get rid of tiny space lines in seamless pattern? Illustrator

I have my seamless pattern finished, but, I can see tiny little lines on the grid, and I want a perfect pattern before using it.

If you zoom in, you can see tiny little breaks:

What do I need to do in order to make this compact before using?
