Help on sourcing a print run? #gangRun ? [on hold]

I have 25 illustration portraits that are simply just a vector head of a person.

I have a charity event that wants to use my images as they are in line with the theme for the event.

I don't want to get 25 images printed x 1000 or even x 250 at this stage of the game.

Is it a gangrun print job I'm looking for where X # of images are all placed on a larger printing sheet & then only printed X times. The math of this is a smaller print run but maybe even if I choose only 5 images, and they can print 15 images per larger sheet, then I get 3 x per sheet, so 100 sheets, I get 300 images of this illustration.

I'm thinking maybe postcard size or a bit smaller w' a little thank you message from the event for attending.

Any thoughts or guidance on this would be super appreciated ;)
