Seeking proportional fonts with lining figures that are constant-width across font weights [on hold]

I am seeking proportional fonts for use in HTML documents that meet the following constraints:

1. The numerals are represented with lining figures; i.e., all numerals have the same width.


2. This width remains constant across font weights (preferably at least for weights 400 and 700).

The Google Font called Lato meets these constraints. I am seeking others.

My goal is to render a column of numbers like “1.111111” and “9.999999”, which, when right-aligned, will remain decimal-aligned even if some of the values are emboldened.
