Photoshop Timeline Missing Several Elements

I've read a lot of topics about this issue and many people just solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling Phothoshop, but this isn't working for me. My timeline is dead, it has no useful element and above all no "Convert to video timeline" button. This is really annoying as on my other laptop it works perfectly. I have Adobe Master Collection CS6, and even if I uninstall Photoshop from it, it won't solve the problem. Should I uninstall the whole Master Collection and clean the registry? That would be a nuisance, but at least if it worked it would be worth it...
