I need to create a vectorial Spiral on illustrator

I've been researching and trying but I cannot find the answer.

I need to create on illustrator an spiral that uses the same pattern as the lollypop on this image:

The idea is to have 4 bands using the 4 main colours (blue, red, green and yellow), I don't know how this spiral is called, I have found tutorials for many different things but nothing like this.

After design, I will do a few other modifications on it, but this is the basis and I have no clue of how to execute it hehe.
