How to save an illustrator file without extra numbers at the end

When I export files from Illustrator to Jpeg, a few extra digits are saved in my document name. For Example, when I export a file from picture1.ai to jpeg, the file name is saved as picture1-01.jpeg instead of picture1.jpeg.

How do I prevent this from happening?
