how to mix this this colors to make the page looks nice

the reason why I am asking this is because I am a programmer but my boss is asking to change the theme of the page, and put blue, metallic light-blue, black and yellow instead of the original colors that you will see in the picture.

The issue I have is that I do not know how to combine those colors and put them in the page to make it looks better with those colors.

I am not a designer so I need your help.
