Fireworks States: Does any other layout tool have an equivalent feature?

For those who are working with Fireworks to layout their web pages, your probably make use of the "states"-feature, which is pretty cool. I am now switching my main tool for web layouts, because Fireworks ist too slow and not getting supported by adobe anymore.

My Question is, is there any other tool (Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.) That does have a comparable feature (besides Layer Comps in PS)? I am really missing it and its probably the reason why I head over to Fireworks way to often again.
