Does anyone know how to build a badge in vector and make it a logo? [on hold]

I'm Scott and just joined up with Meta Stack and I invented and patented the worlds only cooling device that uses a miniature air compressor and lithium battery to put out up to 125 p.s.i. you can also inflate car tires etc. I have been working on this project over 10 years and am trying to incorporate what I can to a logo and website starting today! I already have the designs I like and all the photoshop,illustrator, axure etc.. to get the job done but want to share some of the work and pay for services.
