I want to apply a paper effect to a vector shape in illustrator

I want to apply a paper effect to a vector shape in illustrator. I tried some of the default effects from the menu "Effects".More especifically i need a recycled paper effect. I was wondering is there any way i can download and apply effects from third-party sites and if it is, where would i download such rasterized effects an how would i apply it.
