Visualization of SVG code before save file in Illustrator

I have an .ai file that I need to save as a SVG file. Before this, Illustrator show options to save the svg, two of them are SVG Code button and other button to open the navigator. Originally, both of them opened Internet Explorer 11, but now they open Notepad++. Is there an option in Illustrator to change the predeterminated program to show the SVG code before save the file? And the same for the navigator? Thanks in advice.
