Using GREP to change to OldStyle figures with Unicode Range

The OTF font I'm using isn't allowing me to change the figure style to Proportional Old Style figures. The only way I have figured out how to it is to use a GREP search and change but only for one number at a time. For example:

\x{0030} to x{F252} will change the 0s.

But what I'd like to do is to do the whole series:

[\x{0030}-\x{0039}]+ to \x{F252}-\x{F261}]

Obviously that's not how you do it, hence the question, but maybe you get the gist. Any tips on how to do this?
