Using After Effects for post processing

1. Should I use After Effects to composite and post process my blender animation


2. If yes where can I learn how to do this.

I intend to make a blender animation and instead of compositing it there, everyone has told me all the compositing and post-processing is much better of in After Effects.

I tried to research how to do this but only thing I can earn is how to colour grade/correct add glow, depth of field etc, but I can't find anything on the internet that will teach me in After Effects.
