I typically work with traditional meda, however I've been wanting to get more into working digitally. I've had a Wacom Bamboo tablet for some time, but did not like it, due to the awkwardness of having to look up while I'm working, and the fact that I like to tilt whatever I'm working on. I've decided that I would like to have a drawing tablet with display.
Two options I've come up with are either the Monoprice 'interactive display' (linked below), or getting an older used Wacom Cintiq on ebay. I have found some decent reviews about the Monoprice (some have compaired it to older Cintiqs), but I remain suspicious of it. I've worked the options out to be about like this:
Monoprice: cheap (less than $400), more product support and more guaranteed condition (since it's new). However, (from what I've read), the glass thickness in front of the display is thicker, less driver options (from what I've read) and it is of questionable quality.
Used Cintiq: Potentially better quality, thinner glass, more driver options. However, it will cost more (around $500 for the cheapest), be used (thus of unknown condition), and little to no product support (since it is older and used).

Does anyone have experience with this Monoprice tablet? Are there any other good alternatives? Suggestions, and such, are all welcome. I tend to use the Adobe suite (mostly photoshop, illustrator, and flash), and gimp.
