I've been doing a lot of research lately on web layout programs. Me and the company I work for used Fireworks to design our web pages for a long time now. Since Adobe doesn't care about it anymore and the performance is suffering from it, we are now looking for a new tool that can replace as much features from Fireworks as possible.
The main alternatives I found so far are:
Photoshop (pixel-based photo-editing software)
Illustrator (vector broher of photoshop)
Sketch (also vector based software)
Affinity Designer (brandnew vector-based program/ equivalent to Illustrator)
My Question is, what do you guys use to layout your websites and why?
