HELP! Huge photo 20.6MB

HELP!

I mostly shoot manually on my Nikon D3200 camera. However, yesterday I shot under the "guide" option... and the setting for "Motion People". Now my images that were shot under that setting are 20.6 MB. I cannot view them on my computer, or upload them to lightroom. What can I do? HELP!
