Dreamweaver import only workflow

I want to create a work environment on Dreamweaver where changes made to the code files outside of Dreamweaver will be updated inside Dreamweaver, but any changes I make inside Dreamweaver will not be made to my code.

My goal is to use Dreamweaver very simply. I want to be able to change the color of headings with the color picker and be able to see the changes as I drag the color picker slider. Is this possible with Dreamweaver or maybe another simple WYSIWYG editor. I just want to be able to experiment on the fly with different colors in my pages.
