friends. I am IT enterpreneur and web developer from Russia with own small team. We are starting outsource web development project and I have some questions, because people and requirements in our country may have some differense.

2. What mistakes and fuckups they usually do, that make you sad?


3. If you start find developer, what you will do first? Start google hom, will go to forums or freelance websites?
