What's the font used in the first three lines, the title of "Evangelion"? It is used in the original TV series eye-catch and title when only English is used, such as LD/DVD covers.
Some suggested that it is "マティス EB" http://ift.tt/1ApRywO
However I guess there is a pure English font?
