Input control used in mail app

I'm building an app whereas you need to enter a lot of information the first time you open the app, and I was wondering what controls/approach Apple used when creating the input controls when you create a new mail account on IOS? The place where you enter your name, address, server settings, etc. The ones that look like UITableViewCells.
