Hyperlink connect in Indesign

I have 4 hyperlinks in Indesign. Hyperlink 1, Hyperling 2,3,4. So every time I am doing, I need to manual copy paste links into.

Is there any way to "connect" links together and when I'll add url to one hyperling also another links will change.
