How to get stroke options in tool bar for CS5 Photoshop?

I am making some simple shapes in Photoshop CS5 using the Rectangle tool. I can easily change the color, but it's defaulting to having no stroke. I want to be able to change the size of the stroke and color of stroke. How do I do this?
