How should I Turn an Animated Gif Trasparent?

HI I have an Animated Gif With a background Color , I needed to remove the background for one of my works, so, I just deleted back ground for all 250 layer with magic earser ! :) When i run the animation in photoshop its ok , But when i Render it (Save for web) it Turns into sth akward I really have no clue why this hapens since im not that pro in Graphics
